What you will do

• Diagnose and repair technical failures in hirify.global systems at customer sites, isolating root causes with technical experts.
• Monitor and optimize equipment daily to enhance functionality and prevent system downtime.
• Train customers on equipment operation and routine maintenance while providing professional support.
• Prepare accurate written technical reports and manage administrative duties, including work orders and field service reports.
• Assist installation teams with new equipment setups, upgrades, and system relocations across multiple platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics (preferred).
• Proven experience in hands-on technical work and mechatronics troubleshooting.
• Must be based in Migdal HaEmek, Israel.
• Excellent professional English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment with changing workloads and shift work.
• Strong customer focus and a zero-defect quality mindset.
