What you will do

• Execute global design-in activities and create regional Go-To-Market business plans.
• Identify opportunities for market penetration, customer segmentation, and demand generation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners in alignment with Global Sales Management.
• Manage a team of Product Marketing Managers to accelerate the design pipeline and conversion.
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing Directors to define future roadmaps and portfolios.
• Align with Operations and Finance as part of the Demand Management forecast process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in electrical and electronic engineering or related discipline (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management in the Semiconductor industry.
• 10+ years of experience leading teams with significant business scope and results.
• Direct experience with Signal Chain and/or Power Management ICs.
• Proven track record of design-in success with a strong understanding of market trends.
• Ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, result-driven actions.
