What you will do

• Define and execute the global product marketing strategy for UWB solutions, including segmentation and value proposition development.

• Collaborate with R&D, sales, and product management to identify market opportunities and influence roadmaps.
• Develop and manage global product launch plans and high-impact marketing collateral.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences as a UWB technology evangelist.
• Mentor and manage a team of product marketing professionals to foster innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor product marketing or business development focusing on wireless connectivity.
• Demonstrable expertise in Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technical principles and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing semiconductor product lines globally.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
• Fluency in English is essential.
