• Assemble electronics based on complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Perform detailed inspection and test procedures to verify work quality.
• Troubleshoot hardware problems to identify causes and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate receiving records, job files, and electronic documentation.
• Collaborate in the Continuous Improvement Process and assist in training others.
• Utilize microscopes and soldering equipment for precision assembly.

Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience as a production operator or equivalent.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer instructions in English.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Must have authorization to access US export-controlled information.
