TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Salary: $28.00–$36.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinating logistics and resolving conflicts in partnership with the Executive Operations team.
  • Handle end-to-end travel coordination, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Act as a primary, proactive point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team on CEO-facing initiatives, announcements, and media briefing documents.
  • Support the CEO's social media presence and written communications by drafting posts and correspondence.
  • Brief the CEO on cultural, political, and industry landscapes to identify thought leadership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Dallas, TX.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in communications, social media, marketing, or operations.
  • Proficiency with AI tools as a core part of your workflow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
