What you will do

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise wired and wireless networks for scalability, security, and high availability
• Own network connectivity between global branch offices, partnering with teams to standardize architecture
• Manage remote access systems (VPN), including capacity planning, resiliency, and improvements
• Deploy and improve automation and monitoring tools, driving automation-first operations
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues with root cause analysis and preventative measures
• Test and introduce new equipment and technologies, contributing to global R&D
• Collaborate with telecom providers, manage SLAs, and lead escalations

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP technologies
• Familiarity with dynamic routing protocols
• Experience in automation using Python, Go, or similar (production-grade)
• Proficiency in Unix system administration
• Hands-on experience with enterprise network hardware (Cisco, Aruba, Arista, Extreme, Juniper)
• Strong ability to work independently in a senior/lead capacity

Nice to have

• Experience with network automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, NetBox, Nornir, SaltStack)
• Experience with high-load distributed systems
• High-density enterprise wireless networks (CWNA level or higher)
• Working knowledge of IPv6
