What you will do

• Define and execute a global workplace strategy covering space utilization, occupancy planning, and hybrid work evolution.
• Manage vendor relationships, facilities, and budgets while ensuring high-quality day-to-day operations.
• Lead design enhancements, office renovations, and space adjustments to support evolving business needs.
• Oversee coworking contracts and relationships for distributed teams across APAC and AMER.
• Partner with IT to build a seamless digital workplace that bridges the gap between the Berlin HQ and remote employees.
• Lead and develop a direct report while designing internal engagement programs and events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in workplace strategy, specifically planning for hybrid and flexible working models.
• Track record of managing complex workplace projects, including vendor management, budget oversight, and space planning.
• Experience navigating significant workplace change such as office transformations or large-scale expansions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to draft policies, manuals, and internal updates.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with IT, Finance, and People teams.
• Must be based in Berlin to fulfill the requirements of this office-based leadership role.
