What you will do

• Own product vision in 0-to-1 spaces, defining what to build and translating ambiguous problems into clear direction.
• Lead design, experimentation, and proof-of-concepts for next-generation developer tools, informing the roadmap.
• Partner with Product Engineering to evolve ideas from concept to shipped product at strategic and detailed levels.
• Prototype rapidly, validate early, and iterate based on insights.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure consistent product thinking across hirify.global's experiences.
• Shape external product perception, including initial developer encounters.

Requirements

• Location: Must be in EMEA or US East Coast time zones
• Strong product intuition with history of defining what to build, not just execution.
• Hands-on coding experience: scripts, tools, personal projects shipped from scratch.
• Deep familiarity with developer workflows: version control, local environments, command line, deployment pipelines.
• Experience designing specifically for developer tools.
• Strong visual craft for polished, high-quality UI across the product.
• Comfortable with rapid prototyping, research, and working autonomously in ambiguity.
