What you will do

• Own the quality and consistency of design across product, marketing, brand, and systems.
• Build and evolve the design system as a scalable pipeline with reusable components.
• Write production-quality frontend code for components and systems used by engineering.
• Partner with Design Engineers on brand and marketing surfaces.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to implement and maintain design system in production.
• Raise the visual bar across the team through taste, judgment, and systems thinking.

Requirements

• Visual craft with high polish, typographic sensitivity, and attention to detail in product and brand.
• Experience designing across full company experience: product, marketing, design systems, brand.
• Proficiency in reusable, clean frontend code for components and systems.
• History of building with code: scripts, tools, shipped projects.
• Familiarity with developer workflows: version control, CLI, local environments, deployment.
• Deep experience designing developer tools specifically.
• Building design systems, defining pipelines, and driving adoption.
• Systems thinking on cross-surface impacts.
