What you will do

• Assess, review, and report on the implementation of security controls based on the IT control framework (ITCF).
• Support information risk assessments and create control statements.
• Verify that control measures are correctly established, recommend improvements, and act as a point of contact during audits.
• Perform risk assessments for third-party suppliers against security requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Conduct threat modelling, walk through vulnerabilities with teams, and provide advice on solutions.
• Define, review, and support standards and guidelines for information security and compliance in collaboration with C&D DevOps teams and internal auditing.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a security officer, preferably in the financial sector.
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., computer science or related) plus additional certifications such as CISSP or CRISC.
• Experience with information security control tracking and closing IT security audit findings.
• Ability to perform security reviews and consult DevOps teams on implementing security measures, preferably in cloud environments.
• Ability to discuss application design choices with product owners, identify risks, and advise on appropriate solutions and measures.
• Proactive, result-driven approach with the ability to prioritize and plan ahead.
