What you will do

• Administer and monitor MS SQL database services deployed in distributed environments.
• Deploy and manage Always-On availability and disaster recovery methodologies.
• Optimize database performance using SQL Profiler, Execution Plans, and Dynamic Management Views (DMVs).
• Execute ETL processes and data transformations using MS SQL scripting and cloud services.
• Manage database incidents and implement changes according to ICT change management and ITIL procedures.
• Maintain technical documentation and report on operational metrics.

Requirements

• Active EU Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• English proficiency level B2.
• Expertise in MS SQL tuning, capacity planning, and recovery models (Full, Simple, Bulk-Logged).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft BI on-premises tools, and Active Directory tiering models.
• Certification: Microsoft Certified Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300) or Fabric Data Engineer Associate (DP-700).
