What you will do

• Administer IT infrastructure including servers, networks, virtualization, backups, and monitoring.
• Manage Active Directory environments, GPOs, OUs, and security groups.
• Coordinate infrastructure updates, vulnerability remediation, and maintenance with IT teams.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint Online and Teams governance.
• Support cloud environments (AWS, Azure, M365) including account management and incident handling.
• Handle service requests, assets, access rights via ServiceNow and produce technical reports.
