What you will do

• Support comprehensive strategies to source and recruit top engineering talent for external partner opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers on strategic technical recruiting and talent attraction efforts.
• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting resources and advanced outbound sourcing techniques.
• Provide guidance on talent market insights, pipeline growth, and candidate engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in sales or recruiting through internships.
• Legal authorization to work in the USA for any employer without restrictions or expirations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with a sense of urgency.
• Professional, patient, and positive attitude with a creative approach to problem-solving.
