Salary: $155,000–$272,800

What you will do

• Identify new product opportunities and solutions through close cooperation with customers and partners.
• Conduct broad market research and create business cases for prospective products and solutions.
• Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) to maximize revenue growth and minimize time-to-market.
• Create and maintain a strategic product and solutions roadmap.
• Build and maintain a large network of prospective customers and long-term relationships with key industry players.
• Promote existing and new products at trade shows, conferences, and via online presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and Master of Science in Photonics or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in a product management role.
• Deep expertise in Photonics & High-Speed I/O test and measurement solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
