What you will do

• Provide technical support for customers using Machine Identity Security products.
• Design technical solutions based on hirify.global’s Venafi and partner technologies.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure cohesive product and services solutions.
• Assist customers with the installation and customization of Venafi products.
• Manage customer interactions and record technical issues in the CRM system.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with global enterprise clients.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in technical support within a software company.
• 3+ years of experience in a consultancy or advisory role at a SaaS or security vendor.
• Deep knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), cryptography, and security standards.
• Proficiency with LDAP, Active Directory, and database querying (MS SQL/MySQL).
• Strong understanding of large-scale network design, layout, and operations.
• Must be based in the US; the company is unable to sponsor employment visas.
