What you will do

• Track and analyze performance metrics for email and in-product campaigns to identify hidden trends.
• Convert data insights into strategic recommendations and implement optimizations to enhance lead generation.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign results.
• Establish and monitor main KPIs to measure overall marketing success.
• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards utilizing GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Use Power BI and Qlik Sense to communicate complex metrics in a clear, actionable way.

Requirements

• Experience with analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and MS SQL Server.
• Strong SQL knowledge and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proven experience tracking and measuring campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI).
• Excellent communication skills for presenting analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• English: B2/C1 proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
