What you will do

• Take ownership of well-scoped technical tasks and projects defined by team needs.
• Identify and prototype opportunities for automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve developer productivity.
• Investigate system performance, conduct experiments, and propose technical optimizations.
• Support the department with ad hoc engineering projects, including tooling, scripts, and documentation.
• Explore and suggest new technical areas or ideas to create value for the team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a similar field.
• Solid programming fundamentals; experience with C#/.NET is a plus.
• Experience with Git and modern engineering practices such as CI/CD and code reviews.
• Ability to work proactively and independently in open-ended environments.
• English: Good written and spoken communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Copenhagen for hybrid work.
