What you will do

• Develop robust and scalable infrastructure to establish hirify.global as a global leader in Charge Point Management Systems.
• Strengthen roaming functionality to ensure seamless connectivity for EV drivers across different networks.
• Implement latest OCPI versions and Plug & Charge capabilities.
• Manage the full feature lifecycle from requirement scoping and planning to production.
• Collaborate with Roaming Ops, Product, and Frontend teams to ensure seamless feature integration.
• Monitor system health and reliability using tools like Grafana and Loki.

Requirements

• Experience building scalable backend systems.
• Proficiency in Kotlin (Micronaut) and PHP (Laravel), or strong experience in one with the ability to master the other.
• Must be based in or able to work from Copenhagen (Hybrid).
• Proficient professional English skills (spoken and written).
• Comfort with using AI-powered tools (Claude, Gemini, Codex, etc.) to accelerate development.
