What you will do

• Lead and scale day-to-day finance operations, including procurement, travel, expenses, and facilities.
• Drive automation and system enhancements to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Build and implement scalable, best-in-class financial processes to support significant business growth.
• Optimize month-end close processes to increase accuracy and shorten timelines.
• Optimize ERP usage (specifically NetSuite) and overall financial workflows.
• Manage year-end activities, working with external auditors and conducting financial reconciliations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance operations within high-growth environments.
• Experience in a global high-tech company is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Experience with Navan (Travel & Expenses management platform).
