About the Role

You will oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and revenue recognition. You will lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A, manage external audits and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors, develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies, drive process improvements and automation, and manage and mentor the accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent required)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) required
• Experience managing audits and working with external stakeholders
• Experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment (advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements and automation within the finance function
• Manage and mentor the accounting team
