What you will do

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including preparation of working papers and flux analysis.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, quarterly press releases, and other SEC filings.
• Coordinate and support the external audit process with auditors.
• Implement new accounting standards to ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• Support SOX and internal control-related testing and verification of company policies.
• Assist with various tax procedures and yearly audited financial statements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of accounting experience, including internships.
• CPA qualification with experience at a Big 4 firm.
• English proficiency at a very high professional level.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP (experience with US public companies is an advantage).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite.
