What you will do
- Oversee client relationships from initial onboarding through ongoing support and success.
- Manage comprehensive customer engagement, account management, and education for mid-to-large accounts.
- Support clients across diverse industries and regions, with a specific focus on Europe and Asia.
- Monitor customer health and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to drive overall customer success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager within the SaaS industry.
- Proven experience working with mid-to-large clients in Europe and/or Asia.
- Native English speaker.
- Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to provide value to clients.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
