What you will do

  • Oversee client relationships from initial onboarding through ongoing support and success.
  • Manage comprehensive customer engagement, account management, and education for mid-to-large accounts.
  • Support clients across diverse industries and regions, with a specific focus on Europe and Asia.
  • Monitor customer health and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to drive overall customer success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience working with mid-to-large clients in Europe and/or Asia.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to provide value to clients.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
