Junior DevOps/Systems Engineer (Cloud)

What you will do

• Configure and maintain SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC, SCIM) and manage identity providers.
• Handle end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware and access provisioning.
• Administer the SaaS productivity stack, including Google Workspace and Slack.
• Enforce security configurations (MFA, least privilege) and monitor security tooling for anomalies.
• Automate manual processes and build internal tools using Python, Bash, or TypeScript.
• Support compliance efforts for frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in IT engineering, operations, or systems administration.
• Working knowledge of SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and MFA.
• Proficiency in a terminal and at least one scripting language (Python, Bash).
• English and Russian: B2 level required.
• Location: Must be based outside of Russia and Belarus.
• Availability: 4-5 hours daily overlap with CST timezone.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta or Google Cloud Identity.
• Familiarity with SaaS security tooling, SIEM, or endpoint detection (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Datadog).
• Comfort with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-moving environment.
