We are looking for a Middle Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of a distributed infrastructure monitoring system. In this role, you will work with large volumes of data in an event-driven environment, building reliable and scalable backend services for a customer based in the USA.

📍Location:
We are considering candidates located in Georgia, Uzbekistan, and Poland.
Remote or office

📎Tech Stack:
Backend: Java Core, Spring Framework
Data & Messaging: SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL), Kafka
Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Linux, Cloud VMs
CI/CD & Tools: Git, Jenkins
Testing: JUnit, Mockito


🖇Key Responsibilities:
-Design and develop backend services using Java and the Spring ecosystem
-Build and enhance distributed microservices communicating via Kafka
-Work with event-driven architectures and large-scale data processing
-Deploy, maintain, and support services in Kubernetes-based cloud environments
-Take ownership of features throughout the full development lifecycle: implementation, testing, deployment, and support
-Investigate and resolve complex production issues in distributed systems
-Collaborate closely with the team to deliver stable, efficient, and scalable solutions

📌Requirements:
-3+ years of experience with Java
-Strong knowledge of Java Core and the Spring Framework
-Experience with or strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures
-Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems
-Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases
-Good understanding of Linux and containerized environments
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in distributed systems
-Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks

➕Nice to Have:
-Basic understanding of asynchronous and non-blocking processing
-Experience with WebClient or similar reactive tools
-Familiarity with Kubernetes in production environments

📌English Level:
Intermediate+ or higher
You should feel comfortable communicating in English, actively participating in meetings, discussing technical topics, and presenting your work results.
