What you will do

• Diagnose faults and perform on-site repair or replacement of ATM modules.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory.
• Manage customer incidents to ensure satisfaction and strict compliance with Service Level Agreements.
• Handle physical tasks including lifting toolkits and prolonged travel across the region.

Requirements

• Valid Full UK manual driving license.
• Strong local geographical knowledge of the Halifax area.
• Experience in break/fix, IT, or computer/mechanical repair.
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, and Windows operating systems.
• High level of mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with NCR/Wincor ATMs.
• Previous field-based engineering experience.
• PIA licenses.
