What you will do

• Provide lead-level technical guidance and troubleshooting for partner customers to ensure platform optimization.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex technical implementation projects, focusing on advanced configuration, integrations, and deployment architecture.
• Lead critical escalated support engagements and conduct root-cause analysis to deliver optimal platform performance.
• Champion product enhancements by collaborating with internal engineering and product teams to prioritize partner needs.
• Mentor Implementation Engineers and lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate the organization's technical capabilities.
• Develop standardized best practices, technical playbooks, and documentation to enhance partner readiness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong expertise in diagnosing complex issues across APIs, integrations, configuration, and deployment environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to travel up to 20% regionally, with occasional international travel.
