What you will do

• Execute the post-merger integration (PMI) roadmap and coordinate day-to-day activities for newly acquired entities.
• Act as the central point of contact for local finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding into Group reporting and consolidation processes.
• Align local accounting operations with Group standards and resolve operational issues impacting the financial close.
• Implement and manage intercompany agreements, transactions, and reconciliation processes across all entities.
• Support the integration of entities into the ERP and finance system landscape, driving standardization and harmonization.
• Collaborate with M&A, Business Development, Tax, and Controlling teams to ensure consistent and compliant financial flows.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in Accounting, Group Accounting, or Audit, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS (or strong local GAAP with IFRS exposure).
• Proven experience with intercompany processes, group reporting, and consolidation.
• Fluent in English (German language skills are a strong plus).
• Operational, hands-on mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in parallel.

• Experience in post-merger integration (PMI) execution or a buy-and-build/private equity environment.
• Professional background in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
