What you will do

• Perform complex technical support and servicing of hirify.global hardware and software systems.
• Conduct Linac installations, calibrations, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software interfaces using test equipment like oscilloscopes and multi-meters.
• Implement Field Change Orders and safety modifications.
• Provide technical advice to customers and support the sales team.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electronics, Physics, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in hirify.global Linac field service or equivalent systems.
• Proficiency in conducting hirify.global Linac Installations and completion of relevant training courses.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
• Active driver’s license.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
