What you will do

• Perform testing, debugging, repair, and rework of electronic assemblies and systems following defined procedures.
• Assist in engineering experiments, validation runs, and system bring-up activities.
• Interpret test results and datalogs to execute troubleshooting steps and escalate complex issues.
• Support process improvement initiatives and quality/reliability investigations.
• Perform visual inspections and ensure strict compliance with ESD, PCBA handling, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports related to tests and repairs.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Electronics Technology, Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with electronics troubleshooting, soldering, and rework techniques.
• Proficiency using electronic test equipment such as DMM, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and analyze failure data.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift rotating schedule (day, swing, graveyard), including weekends and holidays.
• Basic to conversational English communication skills.

Nice to have

• IPC certification related to PCBA assembly, soldering, or inspection (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC 7711).
• Previous experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment.
