What you will do

• Lead Korea site repair and logistics operations to ensure production readiness and minimize disruptions.
• Resolve complex operational issues to maintain quality, cost, and safety standards.
• Manage financial targets including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal support groups and Global Field Teams on priorities and asset utilization.
• Set strategic goals and lead production planning projects.
• Coach and develop team members through performance management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or functional leadership experience
• Degree in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English for global collaboration
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
