What you will do

• Lead development brainstorms and pitch video ideas to fill programming calendars across social and YouTube.
• Produce and direct shoots for all platforms, including celebrity and editor-led content.
• Create original social content and develop video franchises that transcend platforms and markets.
• Capture on-site interviews at red carpets, premieres, and other cultural events.
• Manage the technical aspects of shoots, including Sony cameras, iPhone filming, and on-set EQ setup.
• Track video performance and re-evaluate creative strategies in collaboration with Audience Development.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in the digital media space.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Suite for editing short-form video with graphics.
• Experience interviewing high-profile talent and celebrities.
• Strong knowledge of internet culture and the unique dynamics of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• General knowledge of video production gear and high-quality iPhone filming.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
