What you will do

• Produce and package daily YouTube content into platform-native video packages from existing shows and interviews.
• Translate complex financial concepts into structured and visually engaging video formats.
• Execute day-to-day packaging, including optimizing titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and chapters.
• Analyze YouTube Analytics (CTR, retention, watch time) to iterate on content performance and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with editorial and social teams to adapt live segments across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Integrate AI video and productivity tools to improve creative workflows and metadata generation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital, streaming, or social video production or journalism.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Solid understanding of YouTube packaging mechanics (thumbnails, titles, SEO).
• Strong written communication and editorial judgment for headlines and descriptions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with financial market events or earnings cycles.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• 2–5 years of experience in digital video production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop for motion assets.
• Experience using generative AI text models for brainstorming and copywriting.
• Proven track record of growing a YouTube channel with measurable impact on views and subscribers.
• Core knowledge of financial news sectors, including cryptocurrency and corporate earnings.
