Salary: $115,000 – $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Produce, write, shoot, and edit exclusive video content for DTC offerings, including news and non-news programming.
• Pitch and manage hosts, reporters, and external talent to launch and produce DTC series and formats.
• Execute regular livestreams, including support for breaking news moments and special live events.
• Curate featured video content within the MS NOW direct-to-consumer app.
• Partner with Linear Programming, Social, Audio, and Digital teams to execute cross-platform ideas.
• Maintain high editorial standards and journalistic rigor in all content development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing news or political content for digital and social platforms.
• Demonstrable success collaborating with reporters and broadcast talent on creative digital content.
• Strong research, news writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and YouTube Studio, including understanding of digital gear (cameras, microphones).
• Deep knowledge of content strategy in digital, social media, and streaming spaces.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours and respond to breaking news outside of regular working hours.
