TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SAP ERP): Managing post-implementation relationships for VIC customers to drive adoption and satisfaction with an accent on account strategy and customer health monitoring. Focus on optimizing SAP environments, driving renewals, and acting as a trusted advisor for transformational change.

Location: Must be based in Melbourne, VIC (Onsite with travel to customer sites)

What you will do

  • Own post-sales relationships to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes with SAP solutions.
  • Develop customer success plans, account strategies, and engagement roadmaps.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and usage trends to proactively address risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to drive renewals, upsells, and long-term customer value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate transformational change and optimize their SAP environments.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to contribute to product and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a technical, business, or software-related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management within the enterprise software space.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions and delivery models (S/4HANA, Cloud, AMS).
  • Must be based in Victoria (VIC).
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
