What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Service O&M Supervisors to ensure high-quality service execution across all sites.
- Manage the execution of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), ensuring contractual scope and commercial alignment.
- Act as the primary customer interface for regional service operations, managing expectations and escalations.
- Drive regional performance against KPIs, including system availability, safety metrics, and utilization of AI-enabled service tools.
- Coordinate regional resource allocation and manage subcontractor selection, onboarding, and performance.
- Take commercial ownership of service delivery, managing warranty obligations and identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading service, operations, or O&M teams in a regional or multi-site environment.
- Experience managing LTSAs or long-term service agreements for complex assets.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including cost control and warranty management.
- Fluency in English.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally as required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or renewable energy assets.
- Familiarity with CMMS, ticketing systems, or digital service platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling complex contractual disputes.
- Relevant safety or technical certifications for industrial service environments.
