What you will do
- Manage commercial execution of customer head contracts, ensuring all obligations, notices, and milestones are proactively handled.
- Govern subcontractor and Balance of Plant (BoP) performance, ensuring risk alignment and flow-down of head contract obligations.
- Lead commercial strategies, negotiations, variations, and claims to maximize outcomes and preserve company rights.
- Collaborate with legal, engineering, sales, and procurement teams to ensure consistent commercial standards.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage commercial risks and opportunities across the project lifecycle.
- Support dispute resolution processes across customer and subcontractor interfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing large-scale projects or complex commercial contracts within energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
- Demonstrated capability in contract management for EPC, D&C, or LTSA agreements.
- Proven experience in commercial negotiation and risk management.
- Strong financial and analytical skills for commercial reporting and cost/impact analysis.
- Ability to autonomously manage the commercial administration of complex agreements and engage with senior stakeholders.
