What you will do

• Implement and maintain modular control system libraries and reusable components using Python, C#, and TwinCAT.
• Develop real-time system code for RTOS environments, focusing on sensor and actuator interaction.
• Build driver-level and HAL-layer software.
• Design system interaction logic and state-machine-based behaviors.
• Create simulation tools and testing frameworks to support software validation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, PLC, and UX teams to ensure safe system behavior.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Software Engineering with RTOS environments.
• Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and .NET, and experience with at least one real-time or PLC/embedded language (C#, C/C++, Rust).
• Understanding of control systems, deterministic behavior, and real-time constraints.
• Experience with testing practices for embedded or automation systems (unit tests, HIL/SIL, integration tests).
• English: Fluent (C1).

Nice to have

• Experience with simulation models (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
• Proven track record of releasing desktop applications or libraries for control systems.
• Experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT.
