What you will do

• Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research to support the listing process.
• Develop and improve Excel models and create quantitative/qualitative analysis for clients.
• Support sales representatives in preparing meeting materials and commercial pitches.
• Monitor ECM markets, newsflow, and shareholder/investor relations activity.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects, including initiatives on ESG, Blockchain, and Tech SMEs.
• Contribute to the production of sales and market intelligence reports.

Requirements

• Current student majoring in Finance or a business-related degree.
• Previous internship or position in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) or Investor Relations.
• Strong proficiency in financial databases (Thomson Reuters Eikon, Factset, Bloomberg).
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French, Dutch, or other European languages is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and work under tight deadlines.
