What you will do

• Build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects (DSAs) to ensure customer success in their roadmap delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services to shape the post-sales delivery strategy for major UK customers.
• Manage account assignments and distribute workloads to ensure optimal customer coverage and team balance.
• Act as a technical sponsor and thought leader for selected strategic customers to maximize platform value.
• Create assets to build the DSA practice and improve consistency and effectiveness in customer engagement.
• Monitor customer progress and forecast growth to achieve business value and usage goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience leading teams of pre- or post-sale consultants, solution architects, or customer success engineers.
• Experience in organizational and financial planning, specifically revenue forecasting at a team or department level.
• Strong familiarity with big data use cases and the business challenges faced by modern enterprises.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London, UK.
