What you will do

• Manage and strategize tasks, timelines, and resource allocations for the COBOL and ChangeMan Practice.
• Oversee the global delivery of mainframe migration solutions, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Product Engineering teams to drive sustainable customer solutions.
• Mentor team members, create training plans, and develop career growth objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in services pre-sales activities, including discovery, scoping, and proposals.
• Guide clients on best practice configuration and administration of Rocket products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, or management roles.
• 5+ years of experience in development, application lifecycle, or change management.
• Strong technical expertise in Microfocus COBOL, ChangeMan, zOS, JCL, and Mainframe Migration.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for relationship management.

Nice to have

• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Experience with legacy platforms such as Mainframe or IBM i.
