What you will do

• Support the implementation of infrastructure solutions following established designs and standards.
• Maintain and monitor infrastructure components including compute, storage, network, OS, and tooling.
• Diagnose and resolve routine technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
• Contribute to system health checks, patching cycles, and environment monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with application, architecture, and security teams to support change and service improvements.
• Develop automation tasks and basic scripts to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Knowledge of servers, networks, storage, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Awareness of cloud concepts, specifically IaaS and PaaS.
• Strong understanding of system integration and how components communicate within an IT environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to virtualization technologies.
• Experience with automation tools or CI/CD concepts.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools.
• Understanding of incident and change management processes.
