What you will do

• Manage infrastructure projects, including installations and upgrades across various data centers.
• Monitor critical systems such as power, cooling, and network connectivity to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Handle escalated customer support issues and conduct root cause analysis for major incidents to implement long-term fixes.
• Design and implement automation scripts using Ansible, PowerShell, or Python to optimize operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capacity planning and infrastructure optimization.
• Participate in on-call rotations and shift work to support critical incident response.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in data center environments.
• Expertise in server administration, virtualization, and networking protocols.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, or Python.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Norway.
• Advanced technical certifications and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, results-driven environments.
