What you will do

• Develop and refine cell-free expression systems for efficient protein synthesis.
• Optimize conditions for high-yield and high-quality protein production.
• Perform molecular cloning, mutagenesis, and genetic manipulation for strain development.
• Operate liquid handlers and robotic systems for automated laboratory processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biological Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of professional laboratory experience.
• Proficiency in cell culture techniques including growth, maintenance, and transformation across various cell lines.
• Familiarity with plate-based assays.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cambridge, MA, USA.
