What you will do

• Lead and develop the Production Systems High Volume Lab (PSHV Lab) strategically and operationally.
• Set goals aligned with the Global Manufacturing agenda and drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Manage budgets and oversee investments in production equipment.
• Coach and develop a team of approximately 10 engineers and technicians through clear resource planning.
• Collaborate with external EMS partners and suppliers to ensure consistent quality and throughput.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in complex, international organizations.
• Experience in production environments and working with external manufacturing partners.
• Proven ability to drive change and implement new ways of working.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
