• Coordinate sign-offs and incorporate stakeholder feedback to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Develop communication decks and proportionate training materials to support implementation.
• Translate complex methodologies into practical, implementable controls for the business.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Operational Control Frameworks (OCF).
• Strong background in process and/or data control design within a financial services context.
• Proven experience in defining control requirements and performing gap analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with SPOCs and 1LoD/2LoD functions.
• Must be available to work within Amsterdam.
