TL;DR

Intern, Employer Branding (HR/Marketing): Supporting employer branding operations and strategic projects with an accent on content creation and storytelling for social media platforms. Focus on planning events, managing branding assets, and collaborating with international teams to attract talent.

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office in Cologne, Germany)

What you will do

• Create and edit engaging video, image, and text content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Assist in planning and executing internal and external employer branding events.
• Manage employer branding assets and inventory, including promotional materials for fairs.
• Support recruiting marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the Recruiting team.
• Coordinate projects and follow-ups, tracking timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across international teams.
• Handle ad-hoc creative and organizational requests in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Available for a gap year or internship (40h/week) for at least six months.
• Initial practical experience in employer branding, marketing, HR, or content creation.
• Proficiency in content editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
• Fluent English and basic knowledge of German.
• Proactive communication skills and a hands-on approach to project management.
• Strong affinity for social media and digital trends.
