What you will do

• Execute full 360 recruiting, managing the entire process from sourcing to contract signing.

• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to provide expert advisory to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, preferably within the company's key sectors.
• Deep understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
• Fluent English skills for working in an international environment.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
