What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain software for autonomous vehicles using C++ and ROS2.
• Debug and troubleshoot autonomous system issues in real-time at customer sites.
• Integrate new features and improvements in collaboration with hardware and software engineering teams.
• Orchestrate and conduct field tests to validate the performance and safety of autonomous vehicles.
• Analyze data from field deployments to identify issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless vehicle operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working with autonomous vehicles or robotics systems.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and the ROS2 framework (including Rviz, Rqt, plotjuggler).
• Advanced understanding of Linux and Git.
• Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, geometry, calculus, and probability.
• Must be able to pass federal background checks and maintain issuance of an airport security badge.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Robotics or a related field.
• Experience with sensor integration and diagnostics managers for autonomous systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Python or Shell Scripting for automation.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic field environments.
