What you will do
- Enhance NLP clustering algorithms using Generative AI, LLMs, and semantic clustering.
- Design and implement text embedding pipelines for PDFs and maintenance logs.
- Build statistical and ML models for pattern recognition and anomaly detection.
- Correlate pilot and maintenance defect reports with aircraft sensor data to drive actionable prescriptive insights.
- Develop scalable Python-based AI systems and microservices supporting 1000+ concurrent users.
- Mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction for scalable AI systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong AI/ML focus.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and building production-grade systems.
- Experience with NLP, embeddings, and machine learning models.
- Proven experience supporting high-concurrency applications and scalable cloud environments.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
- Knowledge of aviation systems, telemetry, or maintenance workflows.
- Familiarity with MLOps (deployment, monitoring, model lifecycle).
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
