What you will do

• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data scientists to refine AI models and optimize prompts.
• Develop and optimize AI agent systems, including multi-agent orchestration and tool integration.
• Implement and iterate on RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and LLM-powered data processing solutions.
• Maintain and enhance Python-based applications and AI solutions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python with experience in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Ability to develop autonomous agents using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Expertise in RAG workflows, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Qwen) and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting agents to external tools.
• English: B2 level required

Nice to have

• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and optimizing structured databases.
• Familiarity with Dataiku, Snowflake, Tableau, Streamlit, Artifactory, or dbt.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformers.
• Knowledge of Graph RAG approaches (Microsoft GraphRAG, LightRAG, or Neo4j).
• Understanding of AI cost optimization, including semantic caching and token management.
